What is the GHA?
The Global Hypopressives Alliance (GHA) is a standalone organisation whose mission is to promote and develop Hypopressives worldwide and to provide support to UK Hypopressives instructors. Our aim is to do this through guidance, information, training, and accreditation.
It is a self-regulated body for Hypopressives both in the UK and worldwide. Membership is open to all individuals who qualify at level 1 and/or Level 2 teacher training certification with UK Hypopressives.

As a member of the GHA, you will receive:

- Unlimited access to the Online Teacher Training Level 1 course

How can you join the GHA?
Membership with the GHA is automatically included with your annual UK Hypopressives registration fee.
The registration fee is currently £90 per year.
You are eligible to join if you have qualified with the UK Hypopressives teacher training courses, either live or online.
However, if you qualified and have not used your Hypopressives training or you qualified over two years ago, we reserve the right to request that you complete a review with us. This is to ensure you are up to date on all theory and practical applications of Hypopressives before using it with your clients. A fee may be chargeable for this review.
When you first qualify for your certification, your first year of membership is free. You will receive an email advising you when you should renew your membership.
For each membership year, you receive a certificate of membership, a welcome pack, and logos for media and websites.
Your welcome pack details your membership benefits alongside our code of ethics, which you must adhere to, to remain a qualifying member.
How to pay for your annual registration
You can use the button below to access our shop and pay your annual registration fee. The current fee is £40. Remember, you must have qualified with UK Hypopressives to join the GHA.
Would you like to train with us?
Our teacher training courses are open to qualified health practitioners and fitness professionals.
We offer Level 1 UK Hypopressives Teacher Training courses live and online.
Currently, we only offer live training for our Level 2 teacher training courses.
