Alex Antoniou

Alex is a UK Hypopressives Level 1 trainer and she owns ANA therapies in Gravesend where she practices as a senior physiotherapist.She specialises in Abdominal Visceral Manipulation and Women’s health.

Alex is committed to continuing professional development and attending courses remains a priority throughout each year, so much so that she now delivers her own courses on Abdominal Visceral Manipulation in London with a close colleague Maria Elliott who is a pelvic pain specialist physiotherapist on Harley Street.

Alex qualified at Oxford Brookes University in 2006 and enjoys sports, especially horse riding, running, cycling, squash and yoga.
