Alicja Ratajczyk

 Alicja is a UK Hypopressives Level 1 trainer and a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Medical Academy in Wrocław. She has 15 years of experience in the profession. For 10 years Alicja was working in EMC medical clinic and for several years now she has been running her own practice. For a past 10 years she has been a manual and dental physiotherapist.  

Since 2019 Alicja  has also worked with pregnant women, post natal women and those with urogynecological problems as a urogynecological physiotherapist –  Starting from 2021, she is cooperating with personal trainers.

Alicja is a mother and wife and loves mountain hiking and windsurfing. 

She runs  her business- AR-terapia Alicja Ratajczyk– Holistic Physiotherapy.
