Kinga is a UK Hypopressives Level 1 trainer, instructor of Buteyko Breathing Techniques and physiotherapist. She graduated from Medical University. Kinga works as a breathing trainer with various clients: runners, boxers, people with asthma, children, women in the menopause and every other person with poor breathing habits. She wants to develop her knowledge as a physiotherapist and work as a specialist in pre and post-natal rehabilitation. She is now using her acquired knowledge and runs Hypopressives classes in Poland. She works mainly in Łódź, but other cities are also possible.
For whole August 2022 she will be available in Portugal.
