SJ Thomas

SJ is a Foundations Level 1 UK Hypopressives trainer and  has been a complimentary therapist since 2007. She offers massage and reflexology for fertility, pregnancy, post natal and menopausal clients as well as general relaxation and wellbeing in Finchampstead, Wokingham. A  yoga teacher  since 2020, it was in her training that she found Hypopressives and was amazed at the changes in her body following the birth of her second child. She is now loving teaching Hypopressives and helping others find ways to improve any symptoms they may have. Hypopressives sessions are one to one and online classes.
