Who Can Benefit?

Everybody can benefit from Hypopressives, because they are all about retraining your core muscles to work as they were designed to. However, they can be particularly helpful to people who suffer from urinary incontinence, poor posture and back pain, sexual dysfunction or even severe pelvic prolapse. We have trained women with prolapses, who have been told that serious and risky surgical procedures are their only option, and yet Hypopressive exercises have seen their prolapse eliminated. It’s no exaggeration to say that Hyproressives can be life changing!

If any of the below applies to you, then make sure to get in touch!

“I started Hypopressives 12 weeks after giving birth… and the results were outstanding. My waist has reduced 6 centimetres and post-natal incontinence is a thing the past.”

“After giving birth… I was left with embarrassing stress incontinence on a daily basis. After initial training and daily practice of just 10-15 minutes, I have noticed significant changes.”

“I now feel like I have control of my core, and an increased abdominal tone…. I have more definition in my upper arms and my posture has improved dramatically. I can even jump on the trampoline with my kids!”
